We install commercial-grade lighting using professional shingle clips and gutter clips when needed. Our equipment is selected for seasonal outdoor use, and we always discuss any special conditions or limitations before installation.
Maintenance is available throughout the display season for eligible issues. Damage caused by customers, animals, severe conditions, or outside interference may require replacement charges.

Every home and installation is different. Estimates are primarily based on:
- Total footage
- Installation difficulty
- Safety requirements
- Special requests
Everything is reviewed and discussed before installation, so you'll know exactly what's included and whether any additional labor or material costs apply.
First year: you purchase the lighting materials and installation labor. You own the lights.
Following years: customers generally pay for labor and any new, additional, or replacement materials.
Glass bulbs or unusually difficult installation conditions may require additional time and precautions.
